marketable skills

Through on-site participation in various vocational settings, individuals are provided with 300 hours of job specific training in the following job markets: Food/Hospitality, Janitorial/Environmental Services, and Retail/Sales. This will be determined in conjunction with the participant themselves, EDC trainers and case managers in the form of a case conference/meeting.

essential skills

Essential skills provide the foundation for learning all other skills and enable people to evolve with their jobs and adapt to workplace change. Participants work in short group sessions to learn.
